Meeting a slap provocating doctor

I went to Birdem Women Hospital at Segun Bagicha on 31/07/2015 morning to check if someone can come to our home ( 2 buildings difference) to infuse Saline to my dad. As per mom's advise, I went to emergency room if doctor there can send anyone (on/off duty). I entered in the room of the doctor after giving reference. The on duty doctor, Shaheda/Shaila, was busy with he mobile. Sister gave my mom's reference  to her. Still she said she won't talk over phone without reason. Considering the situation, I requested her to talk. She just said "Ajob" and threw her own phone on that phone with a pissed off mood. Mom described the situation over phone and requested a personal help as a colleague. She denied saying that she cannot help and none working there can do off duty works. Then I managed Saline infusion from somewhere else.

Point: The behavior she shown can provoke anyone to get angry/rude on her. She who cannot help a professional colleague in emergency and refuse rudely, can never be positioned in such vulnerable posts. People can never be rude with a smiling/well behaved person. The way that lower class doctor behaved is worth provoking and it is her good luck that I was still smiling. Someone in my position would just give her a slap. Hospitals should have a service quality department to check service. Being a banker, we have to behave well with customers others regulatory body or our SQ department will take action against us. Moreover, our livelihood come from these customers. One cannot only blame patients(customers) for behaving unruly. Please check first whether your one is okay or not and remember, customer is the king.
